The Stranger

Maryam Abdollahi is an Iranian artist who enjoys exploring different media. She tried out various techniques other than painting during her MA course as she felt more confident in that. Her work is transforming to take on a 3D form like a play scene, which can be called installation, as a result of her passion for theatre. Her practice has a poetic, emotional, and reflective theme that is largely based on her questions about life.
