Expressions of Self

With the aim to convey the weight of moods and feelings felt on a personal level with the use of harmonious tones and colours while painting, I want to speak about the validity of personal experiences of identity crisis and problems of self awareness as a necessity of personal growth. My artistic inspiration finds root in the aftermath moods caused by dilemma of personal choices of self, identity and life decisions against certain cultural or societal standards. My current body of works capture the effects of the dilemma in depiction of expressions as a decisive reaction to the experiences.
